Client Policies

By booking an appointment with Roshan and Co Beauty you agree to the terms below. These policies exist to protect your time, our team and the standard of every treatment we offer.

N° 01

Booking & Payments

A few essentials to secure your slot.

Deposits

·A K15,000 non-refundable deposit is required before your appointment is sent over WhatsApp. This deposit is deducted from the final cost of your service.
·Full payment is required immediately upon completion of your service.

After-Hours

·Appointments booked outside our standard working hours (08:30 – 17:00) carry an additional K20,000 after-hours fee.

N° 02

Punctuality & Cancellations

Time is held exclusively for you — please honour it.

Arrival

·Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to settle in.
·Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service adjusted, shortened or rescheduled at our discretion.

Cancellations & No-Shows

·We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations forfeit the K15,000 deposit.
·No-shows must pay a new upfront booking fee before any future appointment can be made.

Service Guidelines

For your safety and the best possible result.

Nails

·Please inform your technician of any allergies, sensitivities or current nail infections before we begin.
·Breakages within 3 days of your appointment are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Eyelashes

·Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes — no mascara, oils or eye creams.
·A patch test is recommended at least 24 hours before your first set, especially if you have sensitive eyes or skin.

Waxing

·Inform your therapist if you are currently using any skin-thinning medications (e.g. retinoids, isotretinoin, certain acne or steroid creams).

Salon Environment & Refunds

Helping us keep the studio calm and considered.

In the Studio

·Please attend your appointment alone — additional guests cannot be accommodated.
·Children must not be brought along or left unattended in the studio at any time.

Refunds

·Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales are final — we operate a strict no-refund policy.
·Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review and, where appropriate, offer a corrective adjustment.
